Ehhh I don't think so, they're not that special. Mind as well get a VIP shield.
Still worthless
I don't think it'll go up much, since Deimos Shields are still craftable, and VPQ rarely drops VIP Shields from the Rare Visitor boss.
Only reason it would go up a lot would be collectors and people looking to Anvil one.
EDIT: Just checked my Smithing mule, Reverse/Timeless are still craftable, PB still drops Reverse gear, and PB/Ark still drop RoTs.
