12-15% piece should be enough for 1m range.
few months ago when i geared up my fp mage i used about 60b ish. i didn't aim for best bang for my buck but i still did decently as far as that goes. fully buffed not including dot i'm at about 570k range.
Given how a lot of 21%+ stuff now a days can go over 20+bil, I think that even expecting a 1 mil range will be a long shot..
Well back then when I funded my f/p with approximately the same amount of funds, I ended up at about ~1.5m, but given the inflation between then and now you might end up at around ~1m.
