If you have an old account that was banned, even for hacking
Hey, so I had my main account banned about 7 years ago, and I thought I might give it a shot to unban it.
I sent customer support this:
My account was permanent banned about 8 years ago, I was just a kid back then just 10 years old, I would really like to get my account back now if that is possible.
I didn't really bother putting effort in it cause I didn't think there was a chance of unban, since I was banned for glitching in Magatia PQ, I wasn't the glitcher but I was in the party, and I got unbanned me a day later, so if you got an account that was permanently banned, you might give it a shot.

I'll get back one my old account next week.
On Wednesday, go to the live chat ban appeal, mention the second chance program, and you'll probably get unbanned.
I got mine hacked/banned and sent them a ticket. They gave me back the account but deleted everything on it (Characters, items etc) which kinda sucks
Unbanned me also, though I got banned from a hacker playing on my account.. They responded a few hours after, which left me impressed by the Support team
They gave a second chance to a lot of accounts a while ago and even gave them 25k Maple Points. You missed out homie.
You can get unbanned easy for accounts far back if it has no duped items and what not.
