Worldwide event - Bellonova

I'm planning to host a world wide event for Bellonova since Nexon hasn't had many of those lately.
The theme is hide and seek mixed with treasure hunting. Foremost, in order to host the events I would need volunteers to help me run it, if I don't have enough volunteers I will abandon this idea. Below is an outline of this event a long with background info.

[b]When does this event take place?[/b]
About 1-2 weeks from now depending on how fast it is organized. The exact time will be announced later.

[b]Who can participate?[/b]
Everyone who is level 50+ can participate. The reason for the level requirement is you need to be a certain level to enter some maps. You also must be playing in Bellonova or else you will just be entering an empty map.

[b]What do you do in this event[/b]
This event is a race of hide and seek. There will be 9 volunteers hidden in different maps all over the maple world with the exception of maple island and non-legitly accessible maps. Your job to get to them and collect a "stamp" (unique stamp for each volunteer" which they own as proof of meeting them. You will bring the 9 "stamps" to the final 10th map where I will be at and present them to me and I will announce your place. It is against basil ToS to create threads about giving away stuff. However this is an auction site so, I will be "buying" first place, second place and third place with a set amount of mesos . I do not "buy" anything below third place. I will SS the winners with a time stamp if there is any disagreement between finished placement.[b][i]Here's the catch, getting to all 9 volunteers is easy, you will have to get them in a pre-sequenced order which I have made beforehand. They will whisp me once you're there to confirm the order of arrival[/i][/b]

[b]Where is the event?[/b]
As mentioned before, the entire maple world is the area. This includes all 20 channels as well as shared maps like Ardentmill and Free Market.

[b]What do I do to sign-up as an contestant?[/b]
Post your IGN below and I'll add you to the list. We will start at a set meeting place like Ellinia potion shop or Maya's House.

[b]What do I do to sign-up as a volunteer?[/b]
Please do. If I'm short on volunteer, I can't run this world wide event. I would need at least two people per map which totals to 18 volunteer as well as one person with me at the final map and two people at the starting place, so 21 volunteer in total. The minimum number of people that I need to run this event is 1 person a map, so not including me is 10 people. Just post below saying you want to volunteer. I am grateful if you do. Don't worry, you don't have to help me "buy" the places, I can cover that myself.

[b]How long will this event last?[/b]
It ends when the third place person is confirmed. But we can hang out for a congratulatory party at the final map for a while if you guys want. This entire event shouldn't take longer than an hour at most.

[b]What is not allowed in this event[/b]
The only two things not allowed in this event is illegal programs and a hyper teleporting rock or family teleport. I will test runs the course a couple of time with different classes to get the time. If your time is abnormally lower than my fastest run, I will assume you are using a hyper teleporting rock and disqualify you. The use of NX or illegal program gives you an unfair advantage, this game is made for the majority of maplers.

[b]FAQs[/b]

Am I allowed to use /find?
Yes you are. In fact you are encouraged to. We don't have enough time for people to surf every map and every channel looking for a guy hiding in Elluel.

Can I use taxi? Or other methods of teleportation?
You are allowed. Those methods are available to everyone, so it's fair game. It also reduces time. We don't have time waiting for you to take a train to nlc from el nath. You may use the Dimensional portal teleport.

What if someone uses a hyper tele rock to get to the volunteer's map?
The maps chosen will be non-accessible via hyper teleport. Examples are free market (it's not that easy)

Wouldn't this not take long if we use the aforementioned method above?
Sometimes, it's hard to get to a destination despite knowing where you want to get to

Are the maps accessible?
Yes, they are all accessible through legit means, though some may require a lot of thinking ;P

How much are you "buying" first place for?
I'm not the richest guy and this event is more focus on a community gathering, but I will be "buying" the first places for more than a couple millions.

What do you do to prevent cheaters?
Some techniques above are already mentioned. Another safety measure is that attendance will be taken at the starting point. If you are not at the starting point, then you are not in the race. If you are not there when the race starts, you are not allowed to win a place, participate if you want. The list of maps will be posted on basil five minutes before the start of the race so you will have a reference to check.

Are you forgetting something?
I probably am. Please do ask question. I try to make this game as fair as possible. Oh yes, I really need volunteers. If I don't have enough, this event can't be started. Volunteers will be forever remembered in Bellonova history as the guy/girl that stood in X map during the first annual Bellonova hide and seek treasure hunt.

[b]Edit[/b]: Since it's not fair for volunteers that miss out on the event, let's say volunteers might find a nice present after the event ;P
