If you're talking about trading scrolled equips to the equivalent it would destroy economy, if you're talking about changing clean equips, I don't understand why you're still wearing clean equips anyways.

so if I get bored of my warrior and I got empress set I can just trade my empress set for a new job's set
could have a little fee or like 500 nx per trade

yea i don't see any good reason why some items like beryl hearts become forever untradeable after wearing wish it was still usefull within your account like you said! feels like a pain when you quit a character with untradeable godlys or when better stuff comes (like lv 70+ hearts in future) then it would be cool if you can trade your old heart to a mule since the 35 atk 35 all feels like a pain to drop when you gonna replace it ever >.<

PvP back, old dojo, monster carnival for all levels, duey the package guy, and pretty much almost all of those mentioned ideas

There nothing wrong about merged Cash Shop because we already used NX on cash shop just different character. so all we want is take the nx item to our new character.

Depends on what it is really. If we got something like guild battle, odds are we'd definitely get it (since new content wise we always get the same things KMS gets)

If GMS does this I really doubt they'll give out that much MaplePoints as prizes... What I want is for them to revamp PQs and make prizes worth it. Along with PQ revamp they should make the PQ lobby cross world so that there's always going to be enough people for the PQ you wanna do.
