Nice. You're allowed to say crap about the music I like but if I poke fun of justin bieber everyone loses their minds. Ok.
LOL says a lot that I don't even remember what kind of music you like yet you remember me making a comment about the bands u leik.

Also, LOL @ someone that loves scene-ish bands being highly critical of teen popstars. the irony.
You're allowed to spazz about the music I like but I'm not allowed to speak crap about justin bieber? What?
I have no idea who you are or what music you like, but feel free to tell me in your response so I can tell you just how awful it is.

@Keane: I'm aware of that, but considering he did not accidently kill someone (and I thought murder is INTENDED? O.o) and "only" drove with substances in his blood... "DUI" doesn't include speeding/racing and all, does it? It simply means he was holding the steering wheel of a moving vehicle after he drank alc/took drugs/medi.
If you can be deported for DUI alone that's rather interesting, but I'm not sure if there's different "levels" of that and if a specific state (of mind) has to be reached. E.g. what if he only had two or three beers? That's still DUI, right? Could someone really be kicked out for just something like that?
It's something that, I assume (wouldn't know, never drank alc..), happens rather "easily" (generally speaking), to think someone who went through all legal steps to get a green card or visa is just kicked out for something "simple" as that ... really surprises me.
I'd understand if he'd be a drug dealer/gang member or murderer, THAT is some really serious crap... but just DUI? (and again, this is excluding the other stuff he did at the same time like racing... or driving without valid DL)
@WeBelieve: If he'd lose the freedom to work everywhere he'd have to go "home" and he'd have enough freedom to think of what he's done. See it that way maybe. Deporting him isn't so harsh, he went against the law after all, regardless of why he did it. He doesn't have the time and space to get help or to reflect when he has to travel around. If he can't go anywhere then he'll be forced to think. If his parents don't "ground" him, then maybe a government has to...?
He could have murdered someone. DUI is a serious crime.
1. He hasn't been convicted of anything yet.

2. His blood-alcohol level was way under the legal limit, he was not driving drunk.
Its actually 100% constitutional. He was charged with DUI and thats one of the crimes that if an
immagrant commits they can and will be deported and revoked of their entry into the United states.
So its 100% possible and infact they shouldve a long time ago
Hrm, "immigrant", what sort though? Doesn't JB have just a working visa or something? Or actual green card? Pretty interesting though that for something that "small" (compared to e.g. murder) someone can be kicked out xD

In my opinion, I feel that deporting him is not going to help him with what he is going through. I Feel he is in pain, he's hurt from all this negativity that clouds his name ever since the beginning of his career. Maybe this is how he is releasing the stress, anxiety, or any problems he is going through. I feel as society, we should STOP being so harsh on him, and instead, seek to give him help. Maybe he needs counseling, rehab, anything to help him face his issues. We aren't helping him by sending him away, or bashing on him. He needs to know what he's done are wrong, but he needs to grow and learn from it, and he needs OUR help. Put yourself in his shoe, how would you feel knowing so many people don't like you. Eventhough he has so many fans, the negativity is what really keeps in all of our minds.

tbh I wish it was possible so we could deport every single person that won't shut up about how bad they think JB is

If you really want to make a difference, stop posting about him or talking about him on any social media, stop watching his videos, stop reading about him, stop buying his music. Everything else is just publicity for him.

him getting deported is just a dream. he'll have the best lawyer money can buy and he brings in alot of money. he'll probably just get some community service time. if he was banned from the usa then his career would pretty much be over.

He will not be deported... there will be way too many legal disputes and never-ending trials and it'll just be expensive and complex plus he is rich and white and has privilege so the likelihood of him getting forcefully sent back is slim if none.

Not that I don't support it. I think it's insulting he got off free because it's a smack in the face to victims and their families who have died from reckless driving and DUI

but because he is a star he will most likely be given community service and a slap on the wrist when all is said and done
