That's even an old design. I have an entire 1:38 scale layout in the works, plus a replica of the space station Mir that I'm building to 1:38 scale. And why would I buy sets when I can get whatever individual parts I need from BrickLink?
@bleute: you're probably one of those who buys the sets that are hundreds/thousands of dollars, builds them, and never comes up with your own ideas to build out of random pieces.
