So I know that it use to be that where I'd you used an Ele staff that was the opposite of your magic (ie: Ele staff 7 using flame wheel) it would weaken your magic. A friend of mine recently informed me that bishops could use Ele staves without being hindered by its ability, is this true? And if so, does it apply to ice/fire/lightning/poison users? Like if I used my Ele staff 7 on an Evan, would I be penalized 25% when using fire based moves? Thanks!

Lv200 mount question Hi guys (: I am level 197 and am planning to get to 200 by the end of the week, but I was curious if anyone knew if I had to get my lv200 mount before 200. The reason I'm not too sure is because it says it needs to evolve? But if I'm 200 I don't know if i can evolve or not.. So yeah all help is appreciated! :)
