#1 both like everyone else said, regardless of your other articles of clothing.
#1,#2 hat/shoe if you're wearing certain colors.

It's always preference, the 2nd hat I think doesn't match any Polo shoe that you posted the first hat fits in nicely every time. Shoe wise they're both nice its just the model you're going for. My personal opinion first hat is much easier to pull off and the 2nd shoe is much nicer but in a different color. If you're keeping the colors first shoe is nicer.
If you're wearing both the hat and shoes together, pick the first hat and first shoe.
