I think each item that drops should get split some goes to each player and the others cannot loot other players loot

Ofc they will loot. Especially if you lag they will see an opportunity to loot. Besides it's your problem anyways... Get a guild, get friends or idk ask them before you lag to share the loot? Or buy a pet make em loot it all

Dude, paying money to kill bosses is already way beyond playing "casually". If you can afford to buy 2-2 M range, you can afford to spend a few hours making friends/finding a guild. Personally though, I doubt you're actually doing any worthwhile bosses. Probably just zak and hilla, maybe Commerci, in which case the loot isn't worth anything anyway.

We told you the solution to your problem, learn how to make friends. If you can't do that, then give up on doing bosses in parties.

You don't have to be best friends with the people you party with, you don't even have to like them. You're just working together to kill a boss. You party with people who you know won't steal because

A. They're good people who don't screw others over for temporary gain.

and/or

B. You know them, so there are consequences if they run with everything, AKA, you'll never team up with them again and they'll have a harder time finding people to kill the boss with in the future.

Generally, all you need to satisfy condition B is to be in the same guild as them, and for them to have been in there for a while.

If you're going to solo on this game, you're going to put 10x the effort if you were to be in a group. Don't expect getting everything for free. It's the truth and you have to deal with it. Casual players shouldn't worry about gear anyways, so why bother?

If you can't get into a guild, that's your problem, figure out a way. Of course you can play solo, but solo players shouldn't expect to have the benefits of being in a group.

Nexon should just make every boss drop loot like CRA bosses do. Not everyone has the time or patience to "get to know" random people online. And some people, like me, hate the idea of making superficial online friends.

If you want to find people who are ACTUALLY WILLING TO SHARE WITH YOU then you will have to put more effort into someone than just a handful of bosses per week then effing off. People are more likely to be kind to you if they actually know you, vs some random on their bl or in the map.

Try joining a well trusted guild or go on runs with your friends, if you don't have any you should probably attempt to make some

People who just loot everything tend to have difficulty finding others to party with.

Do bossruns with friends/guildies instead!
