2 Things wrong with this, 1 is your wrong. Some people appeared to be 99.98% (which basically raised their level)
2 is because in big bang it simply changed the exp curve, it didnt change a level cap. curving exp would simply make it less to hit the next level, raising the cap level would stretch out the exp needed to achieve cap.

From what ive heard KMS or JMS one is raising theres to 250. 255 are in the game (As seen to those in custom made servers, or those who ever saw a GM back in the day)

I think there's a chance but a very small one, or they'll make it harder to get to 200.

There will never be a new level cap. Besides, i'm sick of training which is why I still mostly play my 200.
