Trading one amazing IGN for another
It's one of those IGNs that lots of people would have immediately tried to get/was at the top of their lists after the reset. Pretty much universal appeal.

*Since someone asked me to elaborate, the IGN is in the same ranks of desirability of words such as Storm, Snow, Light, Vanilla, Cold, etc.

That and read page 3 of this thread to quell some other concerns - in particular, I'd suggest you transfer the one you're thinking about trading before disclosing what it is to anyone as a good safety measure. Happy trading.

@galbatore: Yeah, I've linked to threads where he's mentioned losing an IGN to some sniper. Being skeptical of someone and having a chip on the shoulder is one thing, but as you agree, the output was a baseless accusation and it was easy for me to put to rest.
As for continuing after putting the accusation to rest, it's for selfish reasons: it keeps my thread going and at top which is hard on a waning forum. The advertisement continues and so does my business.
Not too worried about easily deterred people. No one who mails with a serious inquiry will be disappointed with anything trust related and that will stay consistent.
@oddish: As a neutral observer, I totally agree that Genos came into this thread swinging (probably with some past grievance with name-trading in his mind - nothing to do with you, but some other name trader), but you need've only provided some bare smidgen of evidence to debunk his fiery words, then leave the rest of his messages unremarked upon and ignored. As is, continuously replying to this guy and even awarding him a pride of place in your OP alongside the unnecessary and inflammatory descriptor of 'his neuroses' - that's a flat feeding of the troll; and to some easily deterred members, might even look as if you're afraid of his slander. Which you shouldn't be.
I know he's making a poor pass at besmirching your reputation, which is an upsetting thing for you, but frankly: no-one here was paying any attention to him from the start. So why justify his presence by giving him so much of your own attention? You could've stopped talking and referencing to him at any point, and still could.
@galbatore: As a neutral observer, you would know I was accused without any evidence. I did not start this. I'm going to make an example out of anyone who lacks it by providing a mountain of vouches to those with serious inquiries.

@genostigma: Just going to clarify that I was addressing the both of you in the exact same way. Joking aside, you could both do with ceasing the argument as soon as you can be happy with it, if possible. It's a little awkward on all sides at this time. While I appreciate the compliment, please don't try and put me on your side in some de facto manner, as I'm basically a casual, neutral observer in this.

@oddish: Lol Nice one! Although I do admit losing "Addictive" was one IGN dear to me, the other one was just w/e IGN that had a spanish meaning. A. I've already gotten plenty of mail which means a lot of interest. These are just recents:

C. Not publicizing what I have is not the same as not sharing what I have.
D. Sharing what I have privately, as I have, makes more sense than doing so publicly according to your own concern about sniping.
E. I have recommended transferring the IGN before disclosing the IGN to me as a safety precaution. I have taken my own advice and transferred the ones I want to trade to alleviate the second party having to take an unnecessary risk and step. You have conveniently ignored this. I wonder why, wink wink.
F. Based on what you've made publicly available, I wouldn't want any of your IGNs anyway.

You apparently had both Chulo and Addictive and at the very least did not like losing the latter. If I wouldn't ever go for either IGNs that you expressed some sort of discontent over losing, I'm betting our tastes just differ and that I wouldn't care for any other ones you have.

@mybuliets Okay, the server maintenance for IGN-clearing just ended, you get on right on time, hit create character and what do you try getting? Sure, tastes will vary, but nothing anyone has listed is likely to be anyone's first attempt.
Think of words like Storm, Snow, Light, Vanilla, Cold, etc. Ones that pretty much anyone would trade their own for or look at and think "Damn, pretty good catch."
