So other than cooldown, Lotus = Magnificent Cygnus, Magnificent Lotus = Magnificent Cygnus Level 2. Cygnus has shorter difference between Summon Duration and Cooldown (30 seconds verses 60 seconds), which souls are effected by Summon Duration buffs (like from Character Cards), so Cygnus can have almost instant recast. That's what Cygnus has over Lotus.

Until I see some solid proof that it's somehow actually 1800% in GMS I'm gonna work with the assumption that ours is the same as what KMS got.

Magnificent Lotus is the same as non-Magnificent Lotus, i.e. 1500% dmg, 120s duration, 180s CD, which is identical to Magnificent Magnus. Mag Cygnus Lv1 and Lv2 are both better.
The difference between Normal and Magnif Lotus Souls are the summon, normal summons Phase 2 Lotus, Magnif summons Phase 3 Lotus. It's purely a visual thing.
So far most of my Lotus party and I have gotten 2 Lotus souls from shards, but none have been Magnificent.
