Not sure about the hat but definitely the pants have been going up...
~4 days ago the pants were 150m - 200m (was planning to purchase them so I wrote what I constantly saw)
Came back from vacation and now I can't seem to find any lower than 350m - most being 400m

Uh, what? There are tons of ppl that can take down CRA in Windia. There are quite a few duo partnerships and etc in Windia if they arn't outright soloing.

they might go up a tiny tiny bit since marvel is gone but the new drop rate system still hasn't taken full toll on some servers ([b]kHAINI!1[/b])
for set excluding weapon should be under 600m clean, 400m clean in popular servers
