Well, I assume most of us go through a depression phase. I went through one when I was 18. Let me be the first to tell you that it will get better
Edit: I actually read all of this, and I can relate to it alot. From my experience there are several things you can do to be happier! 1. EXCERSIZE often. Just a jog, if you want. 2. GET A JOB. I know this may sound harsh. Believe me, getting a job really changes you as a person. You will be more active in general and will want to go out more) *** 3. New hobbies! Learn a new sport, or do something you love. Preferably with a friend. 4. Clean up, and take care of yourself 5. If not too soon. A new puppy

I read it. It's relatable. I haven't been able to escape my rut as well.
It's like I just can't life (yes life, not live) right. An outcast because I'm just terrible at life.
Just stay healthy, clean, and try your best.
