Let me give you two pieces of information:

1. It was a crude estimate.
2. I don't give a finuck who was winning that race back then. Did Tiger get to 200? No. Not until 2012.

yep, this was how it was lol. all my characters were 30-50. once i hit 50 i made a new character

2. FangBlade wasn't near the top for awhile, if anything, Tiger and Suuushi.

You know 10 years ago I would've asked why FangBlade even wants to hit 200 and that makes more sense then now. Getting to level 50 is pretty much the cornerstone of Maple back in 06`

I'm at 188 right now, and I plan to reach 200 by the end of the month. Am I going to stop there? No way. It may not happen soon, but a content update for characters over level 200 [i]will[/i] happen. Who knows? 5th job may be a reality by the end of 2014.

Well in one of the updates after you get to level 200 after that you'll be able to add more stats to your main stat. or just to be in top 5-100

level 3 link skill for me. 210 is a good place for me to feel like I've fully played the character.

You realise this game called MapleStory is 100% grind fest.
Level 100 to 140 is one button game.

In other popular games grinding is so rare or unheard of.

Got to do something, and when 5th job ONE DAY happens we will all be prepared for it, unlike the people that stayed at 200

So why are people leveling past level 30 if there's nothing to it but a grind fest?

Maybe they like grinding.
