Kmst 1.2.410 Some Updates xD

There were a couple values changes (QT going to 293%, Dark Serenity boosted to 30% IgnorePDR), but the biggest news for us:

Alchemist returns.

Not entirely. It's just maxes at 10 points (Shadow Web reduced max to 10 from 20) and boosts HP/MP recovery of non%-based pots by 170%. Would be nice if it got the duration too, but eh, at least KMS seems like they're listening to our Korean server brothers. xD

It's nice for characters under level 120, though. Even then, you're right as I mostly use power elixirs nowadays. It's so easy to stock up on them at bosses like Pap.

once u get to higher levels u realize that gingerales/% potions are really the way to go in terms of potion selection and since this new skill doesn't apply to duration items, then it's basically worthless to me

These changes are quite nice but i would still rather have drain back over alchemist especially if it no longer affects the duration of pots. I mean who even needs pots when you have drain haha

Yeah, their work on MP costs was pretty useless. I'm sure they have their reasons, but it's not like any MP costs had big changes. xD

I hope they lower the master level on Wind Talisman or Shuriken Burst to 10, and add in Drain again with a master level of 10. I would be happy. Shuriken Burst still has an ugly range (170%) compared to Wind Talisman's new range of 350% now.

Yay for having a buffed up Citizen's Potion Mastery at 1.7x.

1172% QT is 28% stronger than 1144% QT, not bad I guess.

Dark Serenity boosted by 5 attack and 10% PDR to 40 attack and 30% PDR, pretty big.

They added a delay on Sudden Raid, so it's 270 ms slower at 3150 ms. Really, just remove the ultimate. It will always be a pile of crap.
