The Problem With quotNice Guysquot and the Friendzone
Here's the situation in a nutshell: "OMG I'm such a nice person, why does she want to be just friends. SHE ONLY DATES A-HOLES BLAH BLURHGLLASD"
Look, you guys are NOT NICE. In fact, you are terrible. When was the last time you helped that one old lady across the street or the ugly girl with HER homework? You didn't while you payed attention to your prey. Do you think that texting her sweet nothings and saying "You don't deserve that" at night is going to make her fall in love with you? Do you really think that doing everything she says and giving up all your time is going to pay off in your pants?
Well do you? No, stop it. You're just as much as a brown-noser as the guy shes following. In fact I'd even to go as far to say you're more of an manipulative A-hole. While guys that she is dating is at least confident and isn't hiding anything, you try to conceal your lust as "the good guy" who just wants to treat her the right way. The way I've seen some of you try to manipulate a girl into a relationship with you is disgusting and pitiful to say the least. Don't even bother trying to prove you're this nice guy when you are clearly putting her on a 20 foot pedestal so that she will return the favor.
But some of you may be genuinely nice. Great, I wish all the best for you in the future. Just please don't blame your relationship issues on the "fact" that you are "too nice."

Very true and I suppose I can't deny this. Nonetheless, most unattractive people are not confident.

P sure his point was that unattractiveness can be mitigated with confidence, which I can personally vouch for. I'm not unattractive but I used to have a handicap via being the skinniest mofo ever. Still got laid often once I got my confidence up.

People [i]do[/i] have standards and chances are that if you're unattractive, you don't have such a rare, special personality that someone much better looking than you would have. I never really got why people truly believe this. What makes you think that unattractive people have things that no attractive person could have, you know?

most women look past visual appearances actually. so many relationships i have witnessed testify to this. the problem is that "Quasimodo" is serenading you with poetry lol

EDIT: Enoyed reading has some nice points. My sister gets tired of all these knights hitting on her, I even get annoyed.
