Getting 0 attack speed on a Hero
According to sources, the 1H fafnir sword has an attack speed of Fast(5). That means if I use Booster + Decent SI I can get it down to the soft cap of 2, and then if I get the attack speed IA and a green mpe potion I can hit the hard cap of 0, correct? Are there any other sources of attack speed I can use? Would be nice to not have to get the attack speed IA.
Also, unrelated to the attack speed inquiry, I have a clean tyrant thief belt I would like to swap for a clean tyrant warrior belt, anyone interested let me know.

That's the only viable setup for constant hard speed cap.
