Highly suggest you use that recipe with 0 fatigue, and have the game's reset time during the recipe's duration. (Which is like 4PM PST/7PM EST). That way you'll basically have 2x max fatigue.
I did it with giant potions, I still have way too many. I trained my NW with them when I ran out of stars.
Pretty sure you can, but after you use the recipe it only lasts for 24 hours. There also might be a cooldown between making potions, but I'm not 100% on this for I've never had the chance to fiddle with professions.

Infinite for 24hrs. CD is around 5mins I think.
Yes theres like a 4min or 5 min cd between each time u craft a potion
