Something is wrong with my dog
Okay, so I was giving my dog a bath and I notice she has gotten really thin. So then I saw her try to eat some food, but she threw it back up and whimpered. She looked really in pain. And I wanted to make sure that maybe she doesn't like her food, so I gave a piece of chicken. And she threw that back up too. She looked like she wanted to eat, but couldn't. Then my sister is telling me she peed blood. I don't know if it's something with her stomach or what. So what is wrong with her? </3 I'M FREAKING OUT NOW.

See a professional for this. Honestly, why would you ask basil and not a vet when your pet is PEEING BLOOD.

Sadly he's probably right.....
You're not suppose to feed your pets human food(though I do it like once every 2 weeks) unless that chicken is designed for dogs. Maybe she swallowed a sharp piece of bone?
