I have a marksman which is why im confused, I didn't know they had any I-frames. In fact I thought nexon had gotten rid of I-frames long ago.

@potatopoison people dodge with i-frames too, kinda complicated to explain unless you're playing the character. Lots of those non-defense classes use that too, and just jump outta the way. Some bosses you can even avoid getting status inflicted.

@salpanda I was just playing on mine with very basic equips and it didn't seem nearly as bad as it used to so that's good.

@fradddd: i think they are better now, but they are still a bit squishy. not as squishy as some but not as beefy as something like a dark knight or paladin

first whats ur range on ur pally? czak is kind of hard for unfunded, but with aroudn 50-100k range with over 60% boss u should be ok, obviously taking many all cure potions.

I don't know if you are serious lol. How do you survive seduce??

Also sorry to ask another Q, but how are thunder breakers in terms of survivability when bossing? I looked at their skills and it looks like they don't have much dodge and resistance, can they survive seduce alright?

@eggzington: you can use surging blade whenever zakum does the 1/1 skill to avoid the attack completely, every time

As for your question, low-HP classes usually have a dodge passive to help with surviving Seduce. Other than that it's just about getting lucky, relying on Hero's Will and getting more HP through equips, link skills, and character cards. You can get like 33% HP from link skills and character cards alone.
I dunno really other than that.

I got to 1hr and I wasn't getting anywhere with the first body. It kept using the wep dmg cancel thingy and my dmg was too low to make significant inroads when it wasn't using that buff.

I guess a question I should ask, how do low HP characters like corsairs and archers survive boss runs?? Wouldn't they all die as soon as they get seduced for most bosses?

Czak gives you 1 hour and 30 minutes to beat him, did you really time out?

As others have said, shadowers are pretty good for what you want. But if you feel like broadening your horizons, hayato is also a good pick for this sort of thing. I get seduced on him maybe once though out a czak run (I'm not funded at all). He has very high status resistance and dodge chance. Even if you get seduced and akatsuki blossoms (hero's will) is on cooldown, you're unlikely to take hits outside of percentage hp damage.

Dark Knight or Shadower.

Both pack a punch and are tanky.

I would say DS/DA or shad for explorers. The first two have high resistances while shad is pretty unkillable.

This is for the reboot world.

Just get better damage.

A MM would be similar to be a BM wouldn't it? In terms of survivability? Also my pally is 186 lol (I know, weak).

In terms of explorers I think dark knight fits your class. Hyper body and their drain helps them survive against zakum's attacks and your damage will be much higher using the same gear that your paladin has. Another option might be crossbowman or shadower as you mentioned. Both those classes are pretty tanky and deal a fair amount of damage. I don't know how you would fair in comparison to paladin though.

The other thing is if you aren't fourth job yet I recommend sticking through till then cause that's when Paladins get blast which pretty much spikes up their damage to make them viable attackers at bosses.

@saipanda well they used to be super squishy despite the fact that they drive a friggin' tank. Are they better now?

Kaiser or Demon Avenger I would say but that is just my opinion...
