You actually can since you can put lower job skills on higher Memory skills... but question is is it really worth it since there most ;likely is a better skill than plater in 4th ob...

Arrow blaster nerf and cross surge nerf. The cross surge nerf wont effect them too much, but the arrow blaster nerfs just gonna make phantoms time slow down a lot.
It's an indirect nerf but pretty effective

OT: almost forgot, that's an amazing time o.o grats~

I heard they are just nerfing Arrow Blasters DPS by 33% o.o
