It's from the Dragon Rider's Thief Box which has a 0.0001% chance of dropping it.

It's real and it's only from dragon rider pq

Some where in basil it says death teddys drop, well that's inaccurate in logic and truth.

Hmm... Guess I was a bit behind on Nexon adding it.
Oh well.
Non existent right now.
No DT's do not drop it.
It does exist...someone tried to sell me a clean 3lined one. I didn't buy it because you can't scroll it with Katara Scrolls.
MonkeyCraters Hyena Mount isn't in GMS nor KMS. Only the saddle is the mount was never implemented.
So technically... the rate is higher.
Actually... http://img269.imageshack.us/i/sushiologymounts.jpg - first in Khaini and he's a guilde

dragon rider pq or gach event
the only reason why it listed death teddy cause someone probably found the lv 110 "dragon series" katara but since this one is also called dragon katara he probably got it mixed up

The rate of getting it is less than the rate of getting a Rex Hyena Mount
It's a Dragon Rider PQ exclusive item.
The reason you rarely (if ever) see it is that all the lv 105 items are extremely hard to get.
You are limited to how many times you can DRPQ and most players don't do it because if you die you lose ALL of your exp.
On top of that you get a job specific box for winning and the weapons have an EXTREMELY low rate of getting.

It isn't worth the effort of getting as you can spend days / weeks even months trying to get it.
So if your at 99% and die, you get sent back to 0?

Do any other of these DRPQ items drop from any monsters? I would think they're DRPQ exclusive and this katara doesn't drop from death teddies... so definitely try at DRPQ?
