White Heaven Glitch. helpls
Haven't been on a while but I just started White Heaven for that nice snow damage skin.
I've just boarded the ship and entered with the password, but when I try to chase her through the upper right portal it says "Try again later after completing the quest." I don't have any related quests in my star quests. The previous password quest is marked as complete in my in progress tab of my quests though.
I'm not sure how to progress

Oh well, that was just my guess of what was the problem. Nexon always screws up anyways, I'm not surprised this is just a glitch/mistake/bug too.

I'm not sure then...That was just my guess. And yep about the update part, I guess I'm relieved I passed the killing/collecting part before the maintenance.

nah, at the time TS posted this thread, it was still possible to complete it since the event's last day is Tuesday and it was still Wednesday server time.
Since the update, if you didn't get past the killing/collecting part, you're screwed basically.

Its all glitched up, so contact a GM and get them on this iisue
It still says try again after completing the quest, and there's no star quest
This was posted on the forum already as well as on basil. I'm able to see the quest from the star tab. I did finish the quest line already though.
Edit: Looks like you can do it still even if you didn't finish the entire quest line yet. Just tested it on my friend's account.
That's because the NPC you need to click on isn't there. Nexon effed up that quest in the previous update..Hoping they extend it again.
Since the reset, I was able to complete the next day of my attendance again o-o

it's glitched again since the update lol.
it sucks because today before 3am onwards was the last possible day to still receive the rewards since it's the last week....
oh well.
When I go to white heaven, there's nobody there anymore.. I only need one last day. So I'm kind of freaking out. It says the event doesn't end until 5/26 though. o.o >.<
There is no star quest though.
Just accept the star quest and then click on the star quest again, it auto-completes still. You don't really have to do anything.
If you're still worried about it, go to your completed tab and it should be there.
