I get that too, can't get anything up on the motto lol
i was trying to make my motto "My name is Higgers, Nate Higgers." commas and periods count as special characters too

Being helpful here, only use letters and numbers and space. Everything else is a special character.

If you're adding a period at the end, that may be the problem.

Then stop using special characters? If you're not going to tell us what motto you're failing to enter we can't exactly help you.
