It could be a very cool idea, but I don't think it can be implemented properly to work right with the way MapleStory works. There were a ton of very bad limitations and glitches with the rebirth system when it was in the test server, so Nexon Japan definitely didn't pull it off very well. I understand it was only a test server, but the limitations and glitches that resulted by rebirthing was beyond ridiculous. Not to mention, it was NX-only, which is a bad idea in itself. Good for Nexon, bad for non-NX users.

The rebirth idea was trashed. No one liked it, so they decided not to implement it in the official server.

Watch the OP threads come in... But besides that, they really love to I guess, test the weirdest things. (Rebirth, Monster Taming, the weirdest maps and events.)

I wouldn't say they are ahead. I often believed GMS,EMS and JMS were in a race and JMS is doing its own thing. 'ell, JMS don't even have Ascension, LHC or Ultimate Explorers. Mercedes will wipe the floor with the Bowmasters in that state.

i thought jMS was behind us, but now the get legend update, but still they have not all we have i heard. they pick out the best updates?

JMS is still behind GMS. We (JMS) don't have Ultimate Adventurer, Chryse, PvP, Ice Knight, PQ revamps, Monster Park, or any of the MapleStory : Jump! class revamps (and everything else that came with Jump!). Nexon Japan, at this point, is just taking the mainstream content and doing their own thing with it. lol Nexon Japan sure knows how to spice things up.
