Wierd Dreams, Need Help

This has been happening very lately.
So I'm asleep, and i wake up,can't move, and I'm too afraid to open my eyes.
Then after about a minute,i knock out again into a dream, in the dream i wake up and shake of my body from that bad experience,
just to find out i was just dreaming and i wake up again and everything repeats.
Now after the 2nd time I'm aware that this is going to happen multiple times, so when I'm able to move in my dreams i just waiting to
wake up again.

It can go up to the whole night.
Thank God the alarm zaps me out of this cycle in the morning.

Are these dreams okay to have. am i being attacked by night time demons?
Any of you ever had these dreams?

Every dream I have is a lucid dream (100% sure) and I've NEVER had sleep paralysis. The two aren't as connected as people think.

usually happens when i'm forcing myself to sleep or trying to sleep when not tired.
scary part is when you are trying to breathe. Cause when you sleep you breath a lot slower and it feels like you're running out of oxygen.

Sleep paralysis like @above said. It's nothing to worry about.
