Sometimes, I'm surprised too. But the guild itself is very friendly and simply gets a bad rep from alot of people.
Going back to the original topic, Bellocan (shouldn't be called Bellonova at this point seeing as most Novans have assimilated) is a very nice server. The only real complaint about it is that the economy is terrible. It can take a few days just to find items you want in the FM.
Bellocan might seem dead, but most people there are friendly and if you find the right guild/ alliance there will always be people to talk too I know if i were to meet someone new or someone would come, i would love to help them out and possibly train with them ( training with yourself is boring)
P.S. I second the comment on revenance being awesome!

Conflicted between staying in Bello or moving my Cannoneer to a different server.
More people and better market, but then I'd lose all my link skills and all my character slots.
And also all the friends I've made.
@Rene: If you get into the right alliance it's not empty at all.
FM is filled enough so that there's shops to look around, but not filled to the point that it's impossible to get FM spots.
I don't know if I should. I've played in Bellocan for a loooooong time, I only left because it became empty..
