I haven't been on this mule for at least 2 weeks, it's my storage mule and I try to log on and it's perma banned. WHAT. WHY?

I got hacked + perma banned for the person hacking on it. Sent in a ticket and within 5hours it got un-permaed.
Send in a ticket.
Log in that account onto Maple website and see if your characters are okay. Also search for characters that may used as botting from other servers

A lot of people throw this possibility out the window, due to a "strong password" but this happened to me (except I caught it before I was banned).

Honestly, just send a ticket and hope for the best. Only thing you can really do at this point
