There was this same thread a few weeks back, everyone said "yes" so I'm guessing it does.
i wish i could answer that, but i have no idea.
personally i wouldnt trust it, better take precautions.
( let us know the results if ure going to try :O )
theoretically, yes
but there is some speculation that the lucky day scroll adds 10% of the scroll success (10% of 90% is 9% -> meaning the scroll would be 99%)
just some things to watch out for.
