Surely there must be capping NL's in Gazed, no? O.o
iUndeveloped for shadower, and DualKid for db.
Ices is a night lord, Lords is his nw.
Also, there are several phantoms and night walkers who hit cap, so top 3 doesn't really do justice.

Depends on how you look at it. They can wear thief gear so they are part thief.
They were thieves in expeditions.
They counted as thieves in CWKPQ list but went into pirate room (if i remember correctly, though i think CWKPQ is gone)
