Honor level 6 I think, I don't really Azwan.
My effect probably what people wont like either, +12% buff time. Just another extra seconds for my buffs
Nexon not making honour available 24/7 is so stupid.

Got a rank B line with 1% PDR.
Dex +3
Everything else would be like 8% int and D:

Better chance of a higher rank.
But any circulator can bring that down to the lowest again. It's not like Rare to Epic to Unique or anything. No permanents.
My current ones are 17 to all stats and 2% base Luk to Dex. Not too bad, I spose.

try living in australia, only able to get it from 7am-1pm for me..and thats only one day a week for me because school and tutor TT

I'm aiming for the Weapon Attack. Possibly 2x atk. But so far, the best I've gotten was all stats +21.
