@microsoft: Source what? I read what OP posted, to me there's nothing about an actual server merge. If I missed something feel free to point it out.

@maplefreak26: it'd be a pretty bad unfair compensation for flames seeing as they're way better than nebs in different ways.

It would make no sense for Nexon to keep the EMS and GMS player base separate in the long term. These two will eventually merge, just not right now. Before 2017? Definitely.
@alvarito The flames can be removed from the items and compensation can be given. The players won't like it, but to say that it's impossible because of flames is not a reason to disregard a possibility of a merge. Combat Arms NA and EU merged, and NA had items that EU didn't have. You know what EU did? They just deleted those items. And, all Nexon EU games except for United Eleven, CA:LOS, and Dekaron are coming over to Nexon NA. All Nexon EU games have an English version as well. And the other languages isn't a problem because Nexon NA can translate into other languages too. First Assault, Dirty Bomb, and Riders of Icarus are multi-language.

There isnt going to be a merge for sure, first of all because GMS and EMS are completely different as they have been following different routes for a long time. Second, EMS has flames which NexonNA said that wouldnt ever come to GMS as nebulite system was the replacement for them.

Closest thing to a merge that EMS players could get is the Brazil treatment.

Also some NexonEU games arent even english based to begin with.

This changes are web related exclusively, except for the region block being removed. All the game clients for each region are staying as they are currently.
