Well you dont have the "best rings" which honestly are bad. Therefore, you should get this ring.

@rockboarder: So basically the potential aspect of the ring is not worth it, the chaos scrolls are a pain to get, and most rings beat the ring. On top of all that the ring is untradable which is another hindrance.

We all have AP's annnnnnyyyywaaayyyyyssssss last jewel event was pretty good b.c we got chaos scrolls to use to the rings. The rings are potable except:
1) level 10 pot
a. ALMOST every other potable ring beats it (level 70 secret ring)
b tempest 6%/abs/event ring/lvl 10 evo ring III
2) scrolling
a. its not worth scrolling unless you have the time to farm chaos and keeping making the rings
b. its not cost effective at all especially if you plan to cube
3) crafting the ring
a. last event the rings had a large chance to boom making s rings rare.

after i make a 13atk ring from this jewel ring event last time. compare to all the rings around. this jewel event is useless unless its just for fun. lv 10 ring its pointless. and untradable

Pretty sure, I have a Ring S from the last event, and I can use a regular chaos on it.
