Inner Ability
So for phantoms what inner ability should i be aiming for? currently have 67%critical and with others stealing Final Cut, some have been saying to get buff duration... so having legendary inner ability which of the two should i get? or is it possible to get both?

i would go for %crit
the more chance to proc carte noir with arrow platter the more dmg you'll do
Crit, 100% crit is more important than some boss damage for Phantoms. It procs noire, and critical damage multiplies your TOTAL damage output, including your boss/total/whatever damage.
Buff duration and crit should be your targets.
You can get critical elsewhere and arrow platter > FC. Unless you want to be just an average phantom then go for crit and buff duration. Otherwise get boss %
critical, cause arrow platter beats FC
