Whenever I try to steal a skill, I get hit with massive lag?

Back when I played my Phantom, I get a bit of lag when I try to steal. Not so much that it bothers me though. It's kinda like when you're jumping around and hit your Quest key.
I've never experienced this either.
Lol I see what you did there. But I don't get lag I just loose my mini map and have to changes rooms to get it back
because stealing is a sin.
