Demon Avenger Revamp Ideas

I absolutely love my DA, but let's be honest some of the skills just don't seem to work well or even fit with the class at all... Here are a few ideas on how Nexon could make DA a little more complex/difficult and allow for the class to use a wide range of skills during 4th job.

Blood Prison: HP -10%, Enemies Hit: 15, 2000% (100% per second) damage over 20 sec, Stun Duration: 20 sec. Cooldown: 120 sec

Exceed Execution: HP -5%, Damage: 600%, Number of Attacks: 3, Max Enemies Hit: 4.

Infernal Exceed: Chance for two shields that home in and attack after Exceed: 70%, Damage: 200%, Bonus Number of Attacks: 2, Max Enemies Hit: 2

Demon Warrior: HP -5000, All Stats: +15%, Duration: 900 sec. Passive: +15% HP.

Exceed Nether Slice: HP -7%, Enemies Hit: 12, Damage: 325%, Number of Attacks: 4, Debuff Duration: 30 sec, Enemy DEF: 50%

Shield Charge: Increased range.

Advanced Desperado Mastery: Passive effect added: Exceed Lunar Slash: +1% HP, Damage +200%.

Exceed Lunar Slash: HP -5%, Damage: 300%, Number of attacks: 3, Max Enemies Hit: 8.

Bat Swarm: HP -1% per second, Damage: 350%, Number of Attacks: 50. cloud expires once you finish attacking, move a certain distance, or their timer runs out. Press the skill key again to switch direction. Hold skill down to increase speed. (Reduced initial speed)

On a side note... What do you think of the HP usage on DA's? I feel that it's a little to low especially for skills that don't use %HP.

avenger is way cheaper than funding any other class especially a warrior. %hp cost like 1/3 of what str cost and desparados are cheap.

demon avenger is the first free to play class since big bang in this game. It is extremely easy to fund. I got mine 100%hp with like 200mil. I am maining it and going to fund it because it will be as strong as my drk with half the funds.

This is one of the only things I find wrong with Avenger besides that I had hurt more than any other of my classes when I didn't put any funds whatsoever on him. It should be something along the lines of a damage% (Which is kinda OP) or at least like 20% HP boost at max level.

I don't use Vitality Veil that much anymore, and it's still on my key settings, so I wish they changed it into a passive Demonic Bite skill. Maybe a 30% chance to heal 10% HP? I'm not sure if the cooldown(12 seconds) should stay.
All the exceed skills should stay in their exceeded state when Exceed Overload is above 5 stacks, so we can actually use different exceed skills without having to see and go through those slow blue unexceeded versions of them again, just incase we have to switch between Execution and Lunar Slash or something.
Also wish that Double Slash would be as fast as the Crissaegrim weapon from Castlevania Symphony of the Night after 4th job. It could have those upgrade skills in each advancement, like what Slayer has for their Demon Lash, it could decrease the delay by 200ms for each upgrade. We should also be able to move and attack with Double Slash, like how Alucard can with the Crissaegrim, it looks so fun. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPInFqUbt7M
The Double Slash upgrades:
(2nd job) Upgrade 1: Delay: -200ms, change HP cost: -1% to -100
(3rd job) Upgrade 2: Delay: -400ms, removes ability to stack Exceed Overload
(4th job) Upgrade 3: Delay: -600ms, able to move while using Double Slash, change HP cost: -100 to -50(or should it stay at -100?)
I don't really know much about DPS, DPM, something... hope it's balanced.

I think you need to learn more about the class before trying to pitch ideas on how to change it.

You could show a comparison to the changed skills so we can know better what you have changed. Also, it's not a revamp if you just adjust the skills a bit.

-Blood Prison's damage:HP ratio is unbalanced. For it's damage, it should do at least 30-40% HP.

-Don't understand the nerf to Execution

-Maple Warrior's HP cost is much too high for a buff and I don't see the purpose for another %HP buff when they have a sufficient amount.

-Why a passive Lunar Slash buff? There's a 3rd job skill for that.

-Bat Swarm would be much too dangerous for Avenger if it sapped HP per second, especially when you use it along your skills.

Avenger is just ok on it's own, but Maple Warrior could just give the HP buff instead like one of the commenters said. Also, their skill's HP ratio is just fine.
