Bishop

Forgive my ignorance, but gtgt

As a Bishop, I do my best to keep the members of my party buffed by cycling through the map rather than being a rope/ladder hugger. Well, lots of times it seems that people I recently buffed are coming to me asking for re-buffs, yet, I can see that from my last cast, there's still another ~20 or so seconds for the duration. My question: are these people being impatient or does that skill that lengthens buff duration only effect ourselves and not those were are buffing (eg. my HS lasts longer on me than it does on them)?

edit: Not sure what the funny letters in the title are. >_<

The buff mastery only affects u. Ur party member's buffs could have run out long ago especially if U only have 20 sec left on ur buffs.

buff mastery makes infinity more useful.
there are these weird things called clocks and timers that you can use to keep track of the last time you buffed if you are that concerned.
or just buff people when they asked for it...

I dunno why that happened. I had put an ellipsis there... >_> Glad you got a chuckle out of it.

Back on topic, if the M.Att is passive, then I think I'll keep Buff Mastery off during party training and simply just bug others to recast HB, Haste, etc. and let them see how crappy if feels to be treated like a buff mule hehehe

@Hosanna: WTF, dude? o.o

Magic Mastery increases Magic Attack permanently! The only active skill you get when using it is the buff duration increase. That's all. So, unless you don't mind being asked to HS everytime your party members' is about to expire; or you're really good at timing, don't use it.

@sevenofnine: However, it does have its benefits, which are just a few, but there they are. For instance, as some other people have said, it increases the duration of certain buffs which are kind of helpful. That'll all depend on your playstyle.

because it would make our Buffs even better than they already are. Infinity benefits greatly from Buff Mastery. T&C lasts 15 min (YAY) and Knight's Watch (very useful)
*cough* it affect Epic Adventure (even though Hypers aren't supposed to be affected). so 90 secs as opposed to 60 seconds of fun fun.

@Hosanna
Buff mastery's magic attack is passive. But I agree with you, I get annoyed to have my buffs with such a short duration and I dont mind recasting at around 60% of the buff's duration to keep party members buffed as well.

That's what I was suspecting. Seems like a pointless skill in a party. WTF Nexon. -_-" Let's hope they change it so it affects your "outgoing" buffs.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Buff Mastery only works for you so I'd advice you not to use it when you're in a party. That way, your skills will have the same duration as your party's.
