I came back to maple after a month or two, to find myself permanently banned for hacking? I have sent a ticket but as you might know already, they will take forever to reply..

if you lost it in a rollback you cant really get it back now since its been months. i was just pointing out that the ticket system is not as bad as most people make it out to be

this isnt true. nexons ticket system is not bad at all. its just that people send stupid tickets whining and bribing and maybe threatening nexon so they ignore those tickets. my fastest ticket got answered in 5 minutes. my slowest was answered in 30 days. never once have i bought nx or even mentioned nx in any tickets
