Snapchat Etiquette Question

I just don't really get snapchat man.
Does anyone have some general rules to not appear like a creep on snapchat.

My particular situation is:
I send a snapchat of food to multiple people. If one of them responds with like two words, am I supposed to start a conversation? Am I supposed to ignore it? (Personally, I always like having the last word in)

To be honest, it really depends on the type of person you're talking too. I don't often have conversations over snapchat because I don't like how ephemeral the whole conversation feels. I would much rather send snaps of interesting things that I'm doing and leave it at that.

I only use snapchat as a conversation tool when I'm constantly updating a friend on what I'm doing at that particular time. If it's just a small snap of something that's interesting, I won't engage in conversation.
Ask @krazykid132 I never respond to him.

Nah, that's not for conversing.
When you wanna converse over snapchat you take a useless selfie and say something suggestive.

God damn I hate it. I hate how it is used for conversations. I hate how everyone else uses it for conversations. JUST TEXT, ASSHOLES.

Usually when someone snapchats me food, I'll just look at it and not reply back. If I send them a picture of food and they say "looks good" then I won't reply back. It all depends on the kind of snap you send them for an actual conversation to start.
