WH layout, buffs in the top row, Jag skills/one click attacks are second row, most common stuff in the third row. I summon jag with a jag attack, and right click the buff to unsommon. I don't mob, so I never need to mount him.

Home has Magic Guard, Magic Booster, and Blessing of the Onyx, insert has Elemental Decrease, Magic Resistance and Maple Warrior, the slash has Onyx Will and Onyx Shroud.

Much more comfortable to have my attack skills spread out across the left and right-hand side of my keyboard.

Generally, I have my main mobbing skill at ctrl, while my buffs and pots are all on the insert, home, page up area.
Bossing move is on the space bar
Moves that pull in mobs are at X, rush-like moves are on C
Moves like Enrage on Heroes, Sacrifice for DK are on V
Secondary mobbing moves (LaMancha, aerial rush on Mercs, are on A)
I try to keep this format consistent, but for classes with multiple attacking skills like Mercs and Hayato, then I experiment with my keyboard until it feels natural

the only buff i have to cast is decent SE i teached my 3 pets to auto buff but after revamp im only using 2

Pup and Ins are both buff macros as well.
I do similar set-ups for all my classes, depending on how the skill works.

Weird setup from me.
Buffs on left side stretching down and around with situational buffs on the Navigation Keys
Attack skills on the right.
Don't know if it's super efficient but I've been using this layout for all characters except NW for a decade of playing now.
