You can transfer link skills only once per day per link skill. So if you already transferred the kanna link skill to another character before, then you can't do it again until the next day.

The character with the link skill need to be lvl 70+ to be able to share it with another character. You can only change link skill once a day after after midnight(12am pst).

@SANbounty: The char you are trying to give the li nk skill to has to be lvl 30+.

Level your Aran to level 20 or 30 and try linking again.
