Comcast's new Docsis 3.0 modem is awesome. I was with comcast for 6 years and had the first modem they gave me for 5 of those years. AT&T caused a power outage and they replaced our old modem with their new and improved DOCSIS 3.0 modem.
My speeds went from 3mb/s to 50mb/s.
I have this one and i've never had any problems with it

@shusukeda1st: Yep just call them and it'll be a free upgrade. My router is like, super old...5+ Years and strength keeps getting weaker and weaker.
