My Ryudes Sword Was Deleted
I purchased a Ryudes Sword on June 9th. I had the seller 15 star it and fully prime it for extra $$. I have used 350k NX in cubes on it since then.
To my surprise, it was not in my inventory when I logged on Tuesday morning. After speaking to Nexon, an investigation is now in progress. A GM has confirmed that there is no evidence of someone else logging into my account. That part was obvious, my tradeable items are worth about $1,500 USD and they were left untouched. At this point, I am leaving Nexon to investigate my case. According to there logs, I was in possession of a Ryudes sword, and they are taking my ticket seriously. However, they did not explicitly state whether or not they deleted the item themselves. I asked a GM about this on live chat and he said that an investigation is in progress and he was unable to give me this information.
The GM's are tracking the Ryudes trade history with other characters. I am hoping at the very least, the people responsible for this are punished. It's a shame that I can't even purchase an item without the fear of it having been duplicated or exploited, which will ultimately lead to its deletion. I am interested in finding out who provided the sword to the duper in the first place. I will not write any igns/forum names/paypal emails of the people involved in this trade until I am 100% certain the item was exploited. No, I did not directly buy this from a big name duper, but I am certain the seller works for him. Hopefully, I can get back to you guys one week from now with a full story.

I cleared 41f on the rankings and sold many ryude's. None of the ryude's are exactly legit so.....

Dude really sorry for your loss and hopefully you do receive some sort of compensation from this act. However, you realise that buying items or accounts or w/e with real money is against the terms. You took the risk and w/e ends happening is you're own fault. I am honestly surprised that Nexon has even taken your ticket seriously since what you done was against the rules of the game. I tried to warn everyone that nexon does in fact delete items but ok just attack me.
You picked a terrible world to buy a ryude in. Bera has been known to have duped ones.
It's a huge shame when people get screwed over for stuff like this but I can see nexon's point.
Your best bet is buying one from a big oz runner

You should of bought a legit Ryude's Sword instead. Someone was selling a legit one earlier in Bera. You do not deserve any compensation. You knew it was duped when you asked the seller to 15 star it. I don't know why you are making this thread other than the fact that you are looking for sympathy from the community. Pretty sure the entire community knows about Bera so there's no need for your warning.

First of all, how does that prove anything? It was a joke referring to the fact Bera is pretty bad right now. I am against exploiting and I have made threads about reporting people like that. I did not buy it from a big name duper but someone on a forum who could have been anyone. Everyone is just assuming who it was.
Did the idea of the sword being duped ever cross my mind? No. Did I think the no booms may have been duplicated? Yes. But then again, all of the no booms we buy and use from the FM are duped, so I didnt worry about it.

Sorry for your loss, it is sad. I have had a couple of my nebulites deleted as well, it's disappointing. Please everyone, avoid buying possible duped items in general.
