If you're not really mad but just REALLY surprised at the new DPS's for R.E.D. Like freaking F/P Mage I never expected him to be 7/34 ON THE DPS CHART WHILE BM IS 10/34 AND NL IS 17/34 LOL! I went BM now I'm looking at Marksman and I don't regret it or anything but now I'm like dang thats pretty OP doe.

Just an FYI: DPS chart assumes perfect conditions (which is unrealistic since not everyone will have those conditions) and an immobile boss (so it doesn't count towards RA).
The chart you are referring to is somewhat inaccurate realistically and its also outdated. However, your overall point is right, explorers recieved a serious boost.
