Quiver Catridge Cd
Since Quiver catridge cooldown is 30 seconds, and it takes a little bit more to use it again (duration is also 30 seconds) because of... ehm, lag? I am wondering if cooldown reduction cards/inner ability affect it? If so, should I go with creating a Mercedes for the card effect?

I had a 7% buff duration on one inner ability, but since I read it only works with what is considered a buff (you know, maple warrior, SE), thought it didn't affect it. Seems llike I was wrong
Going for the mech card then, thanks lads.
With the 2x% Buff duration on inner ability is enough, i dont remember if its 21 or something like xD that why i put an X.
You're better off going for a Mech card for 15% buff duration.
Just get some buff duration if it bothers you.
sometimes i get a nice cushion and its great, sometimes i get screwed.
Even with the Merc card, CD for me is always longer than the duration. I'm lucky if CD is 32 secs.
