She uses a full map dark gene which is pretty messed up. Means it requires some sort of revive to kill her
better. empress was getting to be a joke. she was in line to become the next zakum lols.

Tbh its bearable but was unexpected, walked in with looters and bound, everyone goes afk and as soon as the bind worse off, the looters were dead I was like what just happened

@AntiSenpai: It does a bit, I don't really do much on MapleStory now aside from daily Gollux runs (which takes like 5-15 minutes) and Chaos RA/Empress/Magnus once a week. Most of the fun in MapleStory comes from the journey of getting to the 'end game', rather than actually being there.

Because you're one of the few who could manage it easily without hacks..honestly though, doesn't it get boring being able to kill everything with ease?
Nothing has really changed for me other than actually having to pay attention instead of rolling my face on the keyboard.
I can still bring loot mules without a chance of them dying, so I can keep emp prices cheap for those who need them in bellocan

basically, you need more control but don't need as much damage/range as before to be able to kill her now.
What is the influenceof these chages on the Emp gear in genaral ?

Intentional. Have a look at KMS Empress videos, pretty much the same.
