kMS ver. 1.2.245 - Bowmaster changes

The Bowmaster changes have been added to the live server with a little change.

The installed Arrow Platter's performance was excessive in certain content because there was no risk in installing it. After adjusting this area, to help compensate the loss in damage, Hurricane - Reinforce will be strengthened.
[Mortal Blow]: instant kill chance has been removed, now after 9 attacks your next attack will have its damage increased by 80%
[Arrow Platter]: there is now a 5 second cooldown for installing Arrow Platter, you can no longer install Arrow Platter in the air
[Hyper] [Hurricane - Reinforce]: damage boost has been increased from 25% to 30%

@gamerboi15: Quite a bump there.
This update in particular has nothing to do with Arrow Platter's AFA activation, so I'm assuming you're talking about the first Reboot update.
From what I've read, there's a very strong possibility that Arrow Platter currently doesn't activate AFA when you're using Hurricane. In the first Reboot update, several AFA bugs (one of which I assume is the Arrow Platter AFA activation bug during the use of Hurricane) are fixed, but then they remove the Arrow Platter AFA activation (presumably because once AFA was fixed for Arrow Platter, it was too strong) in the same update, so...there's no difference.
@skythedestroyer: It is a nerf (for people who cap) because arrow platter no longer activates FA. This removes an extra line.
For those who do not cap, this update is a buff.

The skill description just says "x% damage increase" so based on the patch notes for Reboot, it should be multiplicative.

Hurricane - Reinforce's damage boost was increased from 20% to 25% in the Reboot patch and this patch increased it further to 30%.
@orangemushrooms can you confirm that the change isn't 20% > 30% (It says 25%>30% in your notes)? Since I believe the range boost pre patch was 20% and not 25%. Can you please check, It seems incorrect.
Air Blaster probaly will hurt a little at Vellum, especially if you cap. But as I said in the past, you WANT Nexon to transfer power from Blaster to Hurricane, as it only will benefit you in the long run as the game evolves.

Yes, I realize that the Hurricane - Reinforce % increase doesn't help those that cap with Hurricane on everything, but it certainly doesn't hurt is my point.
However yeah, I agree, the Arrow Blaster change does make it a little more inconvenient to maintain at Chaos Vellum, but not enough to be a hugely noticeable dent in DPS...I think.
EDIT: Also, the Hurricane - Reinforce hyper also applies to the installed Arrow Blaster turret, so unless if you cap on that somehow on Chaos Vellum...then I'm pretty sure that 99.9% people got their damage buffed.

It didn't hit as bad as to other characters, not being able to set Arrow platter in the mid air is till bothering me
