Is it still possible to make custom avatars editted by BannedStory? Or no?

Apparently a -% of basil used it.

Basil removed it last year.
It's gone. I used to see people that still have their edited avatars.
That's been gone for quite some time
What it does now is automatically updates your avatar to whatever's on the rankings when you update your character.
